Welcome! I'm a twenty something wife, woman of God, crafter, teacher-wannabe, grad student, thrifter extraordinaire, baker, reader and blogger who loves making something out of nothing. My little blog is a dream I have had ever since I began noticing how much I loved creating new things from various items in my craft box and closet. I am all about crafting on a budget. As a result I am always looking for fun projects and tips to make my home a better place and life more interesting. Whether it is a piece of art for the wall, a delicious recipe that makes your stomach growl, or thrifty tips and advice, you'll probably find it here. I'm no expert but I plan on learning as I go. Practice makes perfect, and who wouldn't want to practice with DIY all the time anyway? :)
